About Miraki Casa

A quiet home, kept like a hotel.

Family-run, single-storey, and ideal for 2–5 guests. Everything you can see was placed by hand.

The story

A weekend home for the friends who don't quite leave.

We are a small family that grew up between Mumbai and the Konkan coast. When we built Miraki Casa, the brief was simple: take the warmth of a Konkan grandmother's home, and set it inside the geometry of a contemporary one.

The result is a cozy 1 Bedroom retreat wrapped in soft white walls, a living room that opens to a covered balcony, and a kitchen that smells faintly of cardamom in the morning.

The villa is open year-round. The light is best in November and the rains, in their own dramatic way, are best in July.

Villa, in numbers

Small enough to feel like home. Considered enough to feel like a hotel.

Every fan, lamp, and sheer curtain was chosen with one quiet brief: be unobtrusive and be kind.

House philosophy

“Build with intention. Leave room. The most luxurious thing in any house is the empty wall, the slow morning, and the cup of chai that doesn't go cold.”
